Ingredients:
Ingredients:
12 Eggs
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise (Hellman’s)
1 Tablespoon Mustart (Frenchs)
1-2 Shakes Garlic Powder
A few shakes Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs in pot add water
(Put the eggs in first then add the water - less chance of cracking)
(You only have to cover the eggs with water you do not need to fill the pot)

Let the eggs come to a boil. Boil the eggs for 20 minutes.

When done move the pot to the sink. Run cold water over eggs until cooled. (You don’t have to drain the hot water. Run the cold water into the hot water.)

Peel eggs (older eggs are easier to peel)

Cut the eggs in half. (Most people do length wise - it’s your choice)

Remove yolks put into bowl.

Using a fork mask the yolks into a powder.

Add mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, pepper. Combine all ingredients.

Yolks should be creamy. If the mixture is too think add more mayonnaise.

Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.

Optional: garnish with paprika. (I garnish every other with paprika - just in case someone doesn’t like paprika.)
