1 1/4 cups elbow macaroni
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup diced onion
1 clove of minced garlic
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 3/4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 cans Red Sockeye Salmon (drained and flaked)
1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs

1. cook pasta in a large sauce pan of boiling water lightly salted
2. drain pasta and put aside
3. in a large saucepan met 1/2 butter over medium heat.
4. add onions, stirring until onion is tender. add garlic for the last minute.
5. sprinkle in flour and cook another 3 minutes
6. gradually pour in milk until smooth
7. add worcestershire sauce and whisk until thick enough to coat back of spoon
8. stir in cheddar until it is melted.
9. stir in sour cream, salmon and pasta
10. place into lightly greased casserole dish
11. melt remaining butter
12. mix butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over the casserole
13. bake at 350 until golden, approximately 25 to 30 minutes
