7 oz uncooked spaghetti
1 egg beaten
1/4 c. butter (1 stick) melted
1/3 c. grated parmesean cheese
1 t. chili powder
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can refried beans
1 can (15.5 oz) spicy chili beans
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (with or without green chili)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven 350º. Spray 9½" glass deep dish pie plate with cooking spray. Cook and drain 7 oz spaghetti as directed on pkg. (usually about 11 mins).
2. In large bowl, mix egg, melted butter, Parmesean cheese and chili powder. Add cooked spaghetti, toss to coat. Spoon evenly into pie plate, pushing slightly upward on sides of plate to form crust.
3. In 3 qt. saucepan, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat 8-10 mins; drain. Add chili beans, refried beans, tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally. Add 1 cup shredded cheddar and mix well. Spoon into pie plate. Top with remaining cheddar.
4. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
