1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a saucepan, combine half and half and whipping cream. Warm only slightly. Turn off heat and add, beating with a whisk, sugar, salt, and flour. Add vanilla and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45 minutes or until filling is a little shaky.

Combine all crust ingredients in a small bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until dough leaves sides of bowl and forms a ball. Press into bottom of pie pan or a spring-form pan works well.
