1½ c. graham cracker crumbs
¼ c. half and half
6 Tbsp. sugar
½ c. melted margarine or butter

Mix together and press into spring form pan.

Filling

5 eggs
4 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1⅓ c. sugar
1 ½ Tbsp. brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Using a food processor mix 2 packages of cream cheese and 2 eggs until smooth. Repeat with 2 packages of cream cheese and 2 eggs. Add sugar, brandy and the remaining egg. Mix until smooth. Bake for 1 hour or until firm at 350º. Rest for 15 minutes. Top with 8 ounces of sour cream mixed with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Bake an additional 10 minutes. Cool 24 hours.
