Ground pork 1/2 pound
(could use jimmy dean sausage)
Japanese shiitake mushroom (could used dried one). 6 of them
Bamboo shoots. 8oz can
Bean sprouts 1/2 bag
Chinese chives or green onions as you like
Skinny long Rice noodles - cook before use

chicken broth 1 cup
Shoyu 2 to 3 table spoon Sake. 5 table spoon
Sugar 2 table spoon
Pepper
Sesame oil 3 table spoon

Cook all ingredients in pan and put all other stuff and cool

Wrap with egg roll square wrappers


Deep fry them - ingredients are all cooked so just fry until it gets lighter brown.
