Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3-4 Slices of Bacon
1 # of Hamburger Meat
1/2 C Diced Onion
2 C of Cooked Macaroni
2 C of Diced Tomatoes
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Bacon until crispy and remove strips from the pan and crumble. Brown the hamburger and the onion in the bacon drippings. (I add the onion after the hamburger has browned a little.) Add the tomatoes and simmer. Then add the macaroni and stir thoroughly.

Put this into a casserole dish, top with Parmesan Cheese and the crumbled bacon. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes or so covered. Take off the cover 5 or 10 minutes before this is done for the top to cook.

I usually put these in 2 Loaf pans, line with Foil, then top w Cheese and Bacon. Then I freeze for later. This dish is better the next day. Sometimes I add 1/2 can or so of tomato sauce.....Also, use a paper towel to soak up some of the grease if needed, before adding the tomatoes.

This is a recipe I received years ago from a neighbor who was from Michigan. This is just a great recipe, tastes just awesome, and you can vary however you like. This is one of Randy's favorite recipes, and is great when you don't want to cook and happen to have it in the freezer. Its easy if you want to have it that day as well. Although it really does taste better the next day!
