2 1/2 cups quick cook oats
1 1/2 cups large oats
2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup salad oil
2 eggs
1 tsp almond extract

The night before:

combine both oats, brown sugar and salad oil and cover and put aside for the night

The next morning

add 2 beaten eggs and the almond extract

drop tablespoon sized amounts onto a tin foil lined cookie sheet

bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes.
