Crust:
2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup white sugar


Filling:
2 cups whipping cream, whipped
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
2 small boxes pistachio flavored pudding mix
3 cups milk
1/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients, and press firmly into the bottom of a 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes, then cool.

Whip the cream. Combine 2 cups whipped cream, cream cheese, and icing sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy. Spread over cooled crust.

Combine pudding mixes and milk. Whisk until smooth, and let stand 5 to 10 minutes to thicken. Spread pudding over cheesecake mixture.

Cover, and refrigerate 2 hours. Top with remaining whipped cream and chopped nuts.
