1 cup butter, soft
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs

2 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda

2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Mix thoroughly: butter, sugar, and eggs.
Sift together flour, cream of tartar, salt and soda.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Roll the dough in balls the size of walnuts
Combine the sugar and cinnamon and roll each dough ball until coated. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press each ball with the bottom of a glass.
Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

I turn the pan at 5 minutes. Cup4Cup or Bob's Redmill 1 to 1 are the best Gluten Free flours.
