1 LB. GROUND BEEF 80/20
1/2 C CHOPPED ONION
1 PK. TACO SEASONING
1 16 OZ. TOMATO SAUCE
1 15.25 OZ.WHOLE KERNEL CORN DRAINED
2 C SHERDDED CHEESE
2 C BISQUICK
1 C MILK
2 EGGS


Sour cream, tomato, lettuce, and cheese to top


chopped, lettuce shredded and cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees
grease 13x9x2 pan
Place ground beef and onion in skillet and brown. DRAIN beef Stir in dry taco seasoning, tomato sauce, corn ,Place in pan and sprinkle with cheese

Stir Bisquick ,eggs, and milk until smooth. Pour over beef mixture

Bake about 35 minutes until knife come clean, when inserted into bake. Cool and serve
