1/2 cup Hellmann'sŪ or Best FoodsŪ Real Mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)

METHOD

Preheat oven to 425°.

Combine Hellmann'sŪ or Best FoodsŪ Real Mayonnaise with cheese in medium bowl. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with Mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs. I usually season the chicken a bit first with some garlic salt and/or red pepper flakes. Or, I add some hot sauce to the mayo mixture. Depends on who is eating it!

Bake until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 20 minutes.

This is a family favorite introduced by Gram Gram/Mom/Jerri Bush. My kids LOVED this, and they still do - it is one of their most-requested dishes!
