Banana Cake ingredients:
2 - 3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup crisco
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 cup milk

Frosting:
4 oz. unsalted butter
4 oz. cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat crisco and sugar together first.
Add eggs, and beat together
Dissolve baking soda in milk
Add all ingredients (except bananas) and beat together
Lastly, mash bananas and add to mixture.

grease an 9 X 9 pan and pour in mixture.
Bake at 350 º for 35 min or until toothpick comes out clean

Once cooled, Icing with:
Cream Cheese Frosting

Soften 4 oz. cream cheese
soften 4 oz. unsalted butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Refrigerate.
