Banana Bread Recipe

1 3/4 cups flour
2 1/2 t. baking flour
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c sugar
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Make a well in the center of the mixture. Combine the next 4 ingredients in a separate bowl. Pour them into the well. Stir everything together until just moistened. Pour into greased bread pan. Bake at 350 for an hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in minutes before removing from the pan.

(Muffins are awesome too... 400 degrees for 18 minutes. Sometimes I add milk chocolate chips :)
