1 lb Hamburger
1 small Onion Chopped
1 tsp Chile Powder
Large Tortillias


Sauce:
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Cheddar Soup
1 Can Water
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chile Powder
1 tsp Sage

1 Can Sliced Black Olives
1 Package Shredded Cheddar of your choice
Chopped up Iceberg Lettuce
Sliced Tomatoes
Salsa of your choice

Saute Hamburger and Onions
Salt and Pepper to taste
Add Chile Powder

In another sauce pan combine the 3 cans of soup, water, oregano, garlic, cumin chile powder and sage.
Blend until warm

Build your Tacorito's:
Fill with beef mixture, a few spoons of the sauce and cheese. Wrap and put them in a glass pan
Top the Tacoritos with sauce and black olives
Bake at 350º until slightly bubbly.

Serve and top with Lettuce, Diced Tomatoes and your favorite hot sauce to test.

The sauce freezes well so you can make 1 or many at a time
