2 oz butter
1 T garlic. minced
1 green onion, chopped
10 Kalamata olives, chopped
2 T sun dried tomatoes, julienne
3 oz shrimp (small count)
3 oz bay scallops
2 T lemon juice
¼ c clam juice
3 T feta cheese, crumbles
2 T chopped parsley
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in saute pan. Add garlic and onions and saute until aroma fills the air.
Add olives and tomatoes, cook for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp and scallops, salt and pepper, and saute until firm-do not overcook.

Add lemon juice and clam juice and cheese-bring to simmer.

Pour into heated serving dish.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve with crusty bread.
