For sauce
6 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 cloves garlic minced
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoons finely chopped ginger
Juice of 2 limes
1 teaspoon cornstarch

For Chicken
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 lb lean ground chicken
3 green onions
16 lettuce leaved

For Sauce
Place all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine.

Cook the Chicken
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and break down any big lumps. Cook stirring occasionally until chicken is browned.

Add the sauce and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the onions.
