2 cups Bisquick
⅔ cup milk or water (milk is better)
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg

Streusel Topping
⅔ cup Bisquick
⅔ cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 tbsp. softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
* Stir first 4 ingredients with a spoon and pour into round or square 9" or 8" baking pan.
* Topping: With pastry blender or fork mix all the ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over cake mixture.
* Bake at 375º 18-22 mins. Remove from oven when toothpick inserted has a few crumbs on it or it will be too dry.
