1 stick of butter, room temperature
1 cup crisco
1 cup mazola oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup orange juice mixed with 1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Flour
Jelly of choice- usually apricot

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º

2. In a mixing bowl
Cream the butter and crisco
Add sugar & beat
Add eggs, oil, and orange juice
Add flour, b. powder, and vanilla a little at a time

3. Using a small wine glass, cut circle or use a cookie machine to make any shape

4. Bake

5. Once cooled, can add the jelly
