Graham Wafers
1 box (large) vanilla pudding and pie filling (cooked version)
1 to 2 pints whipping cream

Glaze:
1 cup icing sugar
2 tablespoons warm water
2 squares semi-sweet chocolate

1. Prepare vanilla pudding as per directions on package. Do not cool.
2. Lay a layer of wafers on the bottom of a 9” x 13” pan.
3. Pour prepared hot pudding over wafers.
4. Place a layer of wafer over pudding.
5. Refrigerate until cool.
6. Prepare whipping cream and sweeten if desired.
7. Spread whipping cream over cooled wafer mixture in pan.
8. For glaze, add 2 tablespoons warm water to 1 cup of icing sugar, mix to make thin glaze (add more water if necessary).
9. Cover whipping cream with glaze.
10. Melt semi-sweet chocolate and drizzle over glaze in ribbon pattern. Drag knife blade dipped in hot water through chocolate to complete pattern.
