15 oz. Brie
Toasted chopped pecans
Ginger snaps or apple wedges



Caramel sauce:
2 T. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light Karo syrup
1 1/2 T. flour
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Add sugar, Karo syrup, and flour. Stir well & boil 5 minutes. Cool, then add milk. Pour caramel sauce over Brie, then top with toasted chopped pecans. Serve with ginger snaps or apple wedges.
