1 lb. lean ground beef (I use more, maybe almost double)
Salt and Pepper to taste
½ tsp onion powder
1 (16 oz.) jar mild or medium salsa
1 (15 oz.) jar salsa con queso
2 cups (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can traditional refried beans

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, combine ground beef, salt and pepper to taste, and onion powder and cook until beef is browned.

2. Strain away any excess grease and add cooked beef to a slow cooker.

3.Top with mild salsa, salsa con queso, sour cream, and refried beans and stir until well combined. Cover and cook on low setting until ready to serve.

4. Serve with your favorite dipping chip and enjoy!
