1 c. water
1¼ c. light corn syrup
3¾ c. sugar
1 tsp. red food coloring
1 tsp. cinnamon oil
⅓ c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 15"x10" baking pan with foil and butter the foil; set aside. In a large pan, combine water, light corn syrup, sugar and food coloring. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cover and cook for 3 minutes. Uncover and cook on medium-high, without stirring, until the candy thermometer reads 300º (about 25 mins). Remove from heat. Stir in cinnamon oil and immediately pour into the baking pan. Let cool completely (about 45 mins). Break into pieces. Sprinkle both sides with powdered sugar.
