2 Lbs of Large Uncooked Shrimp
2 Packages of Chicken Breast
Bottle Of Authentic Curry Spice
Potatoes
Celery
Carrots
Minced Garlic
Chinese Onions
1/2 Quart of Sour Cream
1/2 Quart of Plain Yogurt
Coconut Milk
Crushed Red Pepper
2 Large Jars of Pace Hot Picante Sauce
Jar of Spanish Olives/Or Capers
Turmeric
Oregano
Adobo Goya

Now before you get started to cook PRAY and be led by the Holy Spirit with L.O.V.E. lol

Shrimp; Be sure to remove tail from shrimp.

Important to boil potatoes first to ensure they are cooked with little water, celery, carrots, onions and garlic.

Once cooked add shrimp and all other ingredients. Season to taste.

NOTE: shrimp cooks quicker than chicken.

Stir and bring all contents to a boil, than simmer and ENJOY!

Great over white rice or pasta.

For Chicken: Chop up chicken breast to bite size and boil chicken with little water, celery, carrots, onions and garlic.

REPEAT ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS.
