8 large apples, peeled and sliced thickly
⅓ c sugar
⅓ c brown sugar
2 t cinnamon
4 T flour
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Put ½ of apples in baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle ½ of crumb mixture over apples.
Top with remaining apples, then crumb mixture.
Pour ½ c water over the top.
Cover baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
Uncover dish and bake 15 minutes longer.
Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
