1/4 C Grated Fresh Horseradish
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tsp White Wine VinegarTsp
1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth creamy mixture and place in refrigerator for 4 hours or until the next day or until used. May keep refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.
