16 oz cup of uncooked long-grain white rice - pour into baking dish

10 oz can of Campbells French onion soup

10 oz can of Campbells Beef Consommé

2 4 oz cans of mushrooms (liquid included)

1 stick butter or around ˝ cup of butter. Thinly slice and melt carefully in the microwave

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Pour 16 oz white rice into a baking dish

While waiting for the oven to be heated, combine the long-grain white rice with French onion soup, beef broth and mushrooms in an 8×8 inch baking dish.

Pour in the melted butter and give it a stir.

Cover tight with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Take it out and spread Pecorino Romano cheese all over and put back in the oven for another 30 minutes-covered.

Fluff it up

And voila!
