Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Pound Hot Sausage (usually in a tube)
1 Pound Mild Sausage
3 Cups Bisquick
32 Ounces Sharp or Extra Sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Dump all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix all ingredients by hand until the dry ingredients are completely mixed in. Roll into “balls” no larger than the average bouncy ball size. Place each ball on a cooking sheet - either spray it with PAM or get non-stick aluminum. THEY WILL STICK. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

NOTE: This usually makes at least 2-4 batches depending on size of baking sheet.
NOTE: Depending on healthiness of sausage and cheese, the balls may be a bit “oily” at first. Let them sit on the baking sheet (out of the oven) for about 20 minutes, and the oil will dry. If not, gently pat with a paper towel.
