1 3/4 c flour
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
butter and herbs/garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Make a well and add wet ingredients and garlic, herbs.
Mix well and turn dough out onto floured board. Knead for 5 minutes.
Make 9-10 balls and roll into flat, thin discs (~ 4mm thick)
Heat butter and brush discs.
Heat oil in pan and fry till lightly browned.
