A lisztet 18 dkg kockara vagott vajjal, pici soval, a porcukorral es vizzel osszegyurjuk, a tesztat foliaba tesszuk es hutobe tesszuk 15-20 percre.
Az almat cikkekre vagjuk, cukorral, fahejjal, liszttel es pici citromlevel osszekeverjuk.
A tesztat 2 reszre osztjuk, kinyujtjuk, tespsibe rakjuk, ratesszuk az almat, kis vizzel meglocsoljuk, es 4 dkg vajat a tetejere morzsolunk. Ratesszuk a masik lapot, villaval megszurkaljuk, ismet egy kis vizzel megkenjuk, porcukrot szorunk ra es forro sutoben megsutjuk.
