1 Cucumber, sliced thin
1 pkg Cocktail Rye Bread
1 brick of cream cheese
1 pkg Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix or 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
Sour cream, Plain Greek Yogurt, or Milk
Salad Seasoning Sprinkles, dill, or Garnish of choice

Mix the spread:
Beat together Cream Cheese and the salad dressing seasoning of choice. Sorry, I eyeball it/ don't measure, but the whole package is too much.
Then add some sour cream or yogurt/ milk to thin to desired spreading consistency. Of course, taste to test.

Spread the rye bread squares with the cream cheese mixture - top with 1 or 2 slices of cucumber.
Sprinkle with the garnish of choice.

Gosh, we make these for all occasions. They are easy/ are refreshing/ and pretty! Kelly likes them on pumpernickle, I usually use rye. Kelly asked why I didn't include these in the cookbook - it was just an oversite. These are a family favorite.
