Personal Notes:
I think this was one of Chris' favorites, but I hated this recipe as a kid. When mom would bring out the big yellow bowl, it was chili, spaghetti, or creamed tuna. When it was creamed tuna, it was the worst feeling in the world. I had a chance last year to eat creamed tuna again, and it was pretty good. I started making it in my Texas apartment. Finding meals that you can scale down to one or two servings is difficult. This recipe takes about 10 minutes and makes two meals worth. I don't really measure anything, but I thought 1/2 cup frozen peas sounds more official than a handful.
