½ Tbsp butter softened
⅔ cup plus 1 Tbsp sugar divided
2 cups fresh or frozen pitted cherries
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberrries
4 eggs
¾ cup plain yogurt
½ cup whole milk
1½ tsp vanilla
½ cup flour
¼ tsp salt
powdered sugar for dusting top
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 400º, grease 10" pan with buttter. Sprinkle pan with 1 Tbsp sugar. Scatter cherries and blueberries on bottom of pan. In bowl beat eggs and rest of sugar until frothy. Beat in yogurt, milk and vanilla. Add flour and salt, beat just until combined and smooth. Spread over fruit. Bake 25 -30 minutes Dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream.
