6-1oz squares unsweetened chocolate (baking chocolate)
1 ½ Cup sugar
1 Cup light cream (Half & Half is good)
½ Cup butter
⅛ teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons Cream de Cocoa, orange flavored or coffee flavored Liquor
Directions:
Directions:
Slowly melt chocolate over low heat, add sugar, half & half, butter and salt. Cook stirring constantly about 5 minutes or until thickened and sugar is completely melted. Stir in liquor and pour into fondue pot.

Dippers: angel food cake, pound cake, marshmallows, cherries, apples, frozen cream puffs, pretzels, bananas...

Can be kid friendly with out liquor.
