2 cups All Bran Cereal
1 1/4 cup Skim Milk
1/4 cup egg substitute
2 Tablespoon Canola Oil
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
Splenda = to 1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cereal and milk - let stand 5 minutes
Add egg substitute and oil, mix well.
Combine the rest of the dry ingredients then stir into the cereal mixture until moistened. Fold cranberry sauce into mixture.

Coat muffin tins with non-stick spray and fill 2/3 full.
Bake 400 15-20 minutes, check with a toothpick until it comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes and move to a wire rack to finish cooling.

Store tightly covered.
1 muffin = 145 calories, 5g fiber, 5g protein
