Dry Ingredients
1 3/4 cups of flour
3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients
2 Eggs
1/3 cup shortening
2-3 Ripe bananas
1 cup sugar

1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together in a large bowl the dry ingredients.

Place wet ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Stir into dry ingredients and mix well. Then stir in nuts if desired. Pour into a greased, buttered or Pam sprayed loaf pan.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
