6 good sized summer squash (yellow crook necked)
1 medium onion - chopped
3/4 stick of butter
8 oz bag of Herb bread stuffing
4 oz grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil squash in salted water, drain and mash.
While squash is cooking saute onion in butter.
Stir together with stuffing, onion with butter, squash and cheese.

pour into a 2 quart buttered casserole dish and bake at 350 until brown on top.
