"Nice size flank steak"
Box or bag of stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak crosswise lightly, not all the way through.
Make and add the stuffing, roll up and close with toothpicks.
Put a little water (or beef broth) in the roasting pan, cover with foil and bake at 325 for
1 1/2 hours uncovering the last 30 minutes.
