2 or 3 lb beef roast, cooked on high in crockpot 4 or 5 hrs til done
2 cans sliced carrots cut in half
2 cans french sliced green beans
4 or 5 peeled sliced potatoes
2 cups frozen peas, 2 cups frozen corn
1 cup chopped onion, 1 cup chopped celery
1 Table spoon chopped garlic or 2 cloves
1 46 oz can Dei Fratelli tomato juice (tasty tom spicy juice , Vegetable juice or regular juice)
there are three kinds of this juice all are good
Optional 2 cups shredded cabbage
I add some of the water from the canned vegetables

Chop or shred cooked beef roast
Saute chopped onion and chopped celery in 4 Table spoons olive or veg oil til golden
Add chopped potatoes and cook 20 min til done
In a large pot add green beans, carrots, peas, corn tomato juice, broth from beef, beef
cooked potatoes, potato water
Can add some water at this point if you want it less tomato strong,
Simmer for a couple of hours, cool, at this point I freeze some
If adding cabbage, add it at the end Cook 10 to 15 min longer
