3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup sliced shallots
2 cloves garlic, minced
32 ounce bag of brussel sprouts, halved
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3/4 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter to a large skillet, and heat over medium heat. Add brussel sprouts, shallots, and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Saute, stirring occasionally, about 5 to 8 minutes.

Remove pan from heat. Pour in cream. Sprinkle shredded cheeses all over the brussel sprouts. Top with crumbled bacon, and bake at 375º for about 12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
