1/4 cup softened cream cheese...
2 T finely chopped jalapeņo pepper...
1 T finely chopped celery...
1 T finely chopped onion...
4shakes Worcestershire sauce...
3 shakes hot sauce, such as Tabasco
4 oz. smoked fish...
3 T sour cream...
Crackers, for serving...

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese through hot sauce in a food processor and mix until smooth...
Break up the smoked fish into the food processor and process just until mixed but not mushy...

Chill for 1 hour before serving.....
