1 c butter
2 c flour
½ c brown sugar
¼ tsp salt
2 c chocolate chips (divided)
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
½ c chopped nuts
¾ raspberry jam

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat butter in large mixing bowl until creamy. Beat in flour, sugar and salt. Mix well. Press 1¾ c crumb mixture onto bottom of greased 13x9 inch pan. Reserve remaining mixture. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges begin to turn brown.

Combine 1 c of chips with sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring until smooth. Spread over hot crust. Stir nuts into remaining crumb mixture and sprinkle over filling. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam over mixture. Sprinkle 1 c of chips over all. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting,
