2 cups eggnog
4 cups sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
1 cup diced candied fruit
1 cup pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggnog, sugar, syrup & salt in Dutch oven. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until mixture reaches soft ball (234º) stage.

Cool to lukewarm then stir in butter & beat until mixture is no longer shiny (about 5 minutes)

Stir in fruit & pecans.

Spread into a buttered 8 x 8 pan & cool before cutting into 25 squares.
