1¾ cups flour
1 tsp. soda
¼ tsp. salt
½ cup butter softened
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sugar plus sugar for rolling
1 egg
2 tbsp.milk
1 tsp.vanilla
1 pkg. mini Cadbury eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, soda, and salt. In mixing bowl, beat the butter and peanut butter until smooth Add the sugars and beat until fluffy. Beat in egg, milk and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture until combined. Heat oven to 350. Roll cookies in a small ball and roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet and bake about 8 minutes. Top with Cadbury egg or 3 eggs depending on size of cookie while warm.

I loved how these cookies cracked while baking. They were used on the Easter cookie plate. Pandemics cause many changes for families! Our biggest joy is Christ is Risen!
