1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed
2 T olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 T balsamic vinegar
1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º
Toss together brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish and roast 20 minutes, shaking every 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and toss with balsamic vinegar.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and continue roasting until cheese is melted, about 1 minute more.
Sprinkle with red pepper and serve.
