¾ cup Butter
¾ cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 ¼ cup Sifted Flour

Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Blend Sugar and Butter, add Eggs and vanilla, add flour and blend. Get Foil - fold like a fan put on a cookie sheet. Drop by spoonful into the foil that has been fanned out.

Bake cookies at 325ºF for 20 - 25 minutes. Roll cookies in Powdered Sugar and store in airtight container.

The story is - dad would make these cookies at Christmas but he would eat the 12 dozen before any of us could get home from college or wherever we were at the time. His nickname was "Cookie Monster".
