3 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans
2 beaten eggs
1+1/2 cup sugar
1+1/8 cup milk
1/2 cup fat (shortening)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Mix & sift dry ingredients.

Combine eggs, sugar & milk & add to melted fat.

Beat in sifted dry ingredients until smooth then continue beating for 1 - 2 minutes.

Pour into a greased baking pan

Bake 40-50 minutes
