1 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup protein powder

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave the peanut butter and the coconut oil for 30-60 seconds.

Combine all ingredients and mix evenly. Form into golf ball size balls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

This recipe makes approximately 12 large bites with a serving size being 2 bites.
