2 cups AP flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 stick melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
2 1/2 cups blueberries (can be frozen then thawed)

Directions:

Heat oven to 370º
1. Cream the sugar and melted butter until pale and fluffy
2. Add the vanilla and almond extracts
3. Add the eggs
4. In separate bowl, add flour, baking powder, and salt
5. Add half flour mixture and milk alternately to sugar/butter batter mix
6. Mix until combined, then add remaining milk and flour
7. Add blueberries and fold into batter till mixed well
8. Grease bunt pan
9. Add batter to pan and bake 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and tester comes out clean
10. Allow to cool 5 minutes
11. Remove from pan and place on cooling rack before slicing
