2 TB cornstarch
1/8 to 1/4 tsp ground coriander
2 cups unsweetened apple juice
1 TB honey
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 medium size ripe banana, sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornstarch & coriander in a small saucepan; slowly stir in apple juice & honey.

Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat 7 let cool.

Fold in berries & banana just before serving
